To help out my cousin (their mother), my mom and my sister and I decided to have a mini-cooking day to put together a bunch of frozen meals for the Grine family. Our plan included: Meatloaves, Couscous, Breaded Chicken Breasts, Manicotti, 'Kicken Chicken', Meatballs in Wine, Paella, Nacho Bake, and probably something else I'm forgetting!
