COOKING DAY!!!!!

First... gotta give props to my Dad. Still recovering from total knee replacement, but he's still making fantastic progress..


Also, I leave for my cruise tomorrow, so I'm put "the patch" on now. (Have I ever mentioned how much motion sickness can get to me??)

We rolled 205 meatballs for Meatballs in Wine...

Also made Tomato Sauce, Lentils, and Broc & Tom sauces

... Ranch Chicken ......Plus meatloaves and paella and probably something else that I'm forgetting. What a day!

Plenty of food to fill up my deep freeze!

Happy Valentine's Day. Eric is out of town, so today I'm just home alone with Tom, my cat, who just can't decide if he
wants to go outside... or come back inside...

Woke up this morning to 4 inches of fresh snow on everything in sight... beautiful! But I really wish I had a wide angle lense to get a better picture. (Or the courage to go stand out in the snow for some better angles!) :P

Dress shopping again.
This time they "styled" my hair... cute!


Oh... and see this necklace? I'm a thief! I accidentally left the store wearing it! I felt terrible when I realized what happened... especially when I looked at the price tag... $89.00!!! But don't worry, Mom... I've already called and apologized and am mailing it back to them. Apparently I'm not the first clepto to visit their store... and they were very understanding.
